Do try this recipe and let us know through your comments. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />For Papad Rolls <br /> <br />50 grams Grated Paneer <br />1 tbsp Oil <br />1 cup Grated Vegetables ( Cauliflower, Carrot, Cabbage) <br />1/3 cup Chopped French Beans <br />2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves <br />1 tsp Jeera <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder <br />1 tsp Red Chilly Powder <br />2 tbsp Chopped Mix Dry Fruits <br />1 tsp Garam Masala <br />Salt as Required <br />3 nos Papads <br />Water for Soaking Papad <br />Oil to Shallow Fry <br /> <br />For The Gravy <br /> <br />2 tbsp Ghee <br />1 tsp Jeera <br />1 tsp Fennel Seeds <br />1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste <br />1/2 cup Onion Paste <br />1 tsp Garam Masala <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric <br />1 tsp Red Chilly Powder <br />1 cup Fresh Tomatoes Puree <br />Salt to Taste <br />2 tbsp Fresh Cream <br />1 tbsp Butter <br /> <br />Garnish <br /> <br />50 gms Grated Paneer <br />Fresh coriander Leaves <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />Veg Papad Rolls <br /> <br />- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, raisins, and dry fruits. Also add the grated vegetables. Give it a toss. <br />- Add french beans to the mixture and mix them well. <br />- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix it well. <br />- On a low flame, cover the lid and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. <br />- Add coriander leaves and give it a mix. <br />- Cut papad in to half and apply water to make it moist. <br />- Place the stuffing in the center and seal the papad with the help of water. <br />- You can also make the traditional cylinder style of papad rolls. <br />- Heat oil in a pan on moderate flame and place the papad rolls. <br />- Fry papad on all sides. <br />- Stuffed papad rolls are ready. <br /> <br />For the Gravy <br /> <br />- Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and fennel seeds. <br />- Add ginger garlic paste, onion paste and cook well. <br />- Once cooked, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and mix well. <br />- Add tomato puree and mix evenly. Allow them to cook. <br />- Cover it and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes. <br />- Once cooked, add water along with salt and allow it to cook for 4 to 5 minutes. <br />- Place the papad rolls in the gravy and coat them well. <br />- Add butter and cream to the gravy and mix properly. <br />- Garnish it with coriander leaves and panner and serve hot!
